Growing Potatoes

The veggie growing season was off to a cold start this year.  Luckily the weather is starting to feel like summer and potatoes that started off like this:


Are now blossoming into this:


Can't wait to eat home grown potatoes in a few weeks!  How's your garden coming?

    UGH! What a late start for us. The Saskatoon bushes are loaded with blooms which is great. My garden is perennials - 1/3 of the polt is strawberries which we are still waiting for, 1/3 is rhubarb & raspberries, 1/3 is 'salad things' : )

    I think I saw something like this on Pinterest. Do you slowly keep adding dirt and the plants get higher? I did my very first vegetable garden this year but didn't try potatoes. Maybe next year!
