2. I succeeded at making twice baked potatoes with cheddar and bacon. They were even amazing as 'left overs' for lunch.

Those sweet doggie faces! I just want to throw an arm around them and kiss their cheeks! Love your pursuit of all things happy. Last year I read The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin and loved it. Still follow her blog. Have you read the book or blog?
