This is the base of my favorite tree... doesn't it look like a little sprite or faerie could be living there? (no Katie in this photo)
And with that... I will leave you with one last photo of the lake. No Katie here either, but you can be sure she enjoyed her adventure in the woods as much as I enjoyed sharing it with you!

Awww...love these!! There's nothing better than going on a hike with your pup :-). It's so fun to experience their sense of awe at everything!! Beautiful pictures...loved every.single.one!
what an awesome game! i'm more impressed, however, that your pup just didn't take off. our dog, on the other hand.... she'd run in a flash.
