Yes, we stacked wood, played with the pup, ate lots of good things -- the picture is french toast waffles... recipe to follow -- there was sewing time, there was a date night, and it was magnificent!

Did you split all that fire wood? (Do you have blisters?) I used to love splitting kindling for our fire as a teen.
